Daniel C. Hoffman

Daniel C. Hoffman is a 1984 graduate of the University of Notre Dame School of Law and has practiced law in South Georgia for 37 years.

He has tried numerous jury trials in State and Federal Courts, representing clients in a wide variety of claims including Personal Injury, Commercial and Contractual Disputes, Products Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Employment Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, Police Liability and Negligent Hiring and Retention.

He is AV Preeminent Peer Rated by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and is admitted to practice in all Georgia State and Federal Courts, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States. He has been a registered neutral in Georgia since 2007.

COSTS and FEES

MEDIATION FEES

Administrative Fee: $100.00 per party per day

Mediation Hourly Fees:

2 Party Case: $200.00 per party per hour

3 + Party Case: $175.00 per party per hour

There are no charges for time spent on research or in preparation, absent exceptional circumstances.

Travel:

Travel time will be charged at $100.00 per hour to be split equally between the

parties unless otherwise agreed. Mileage reimbursement will be at the IRS rate.

Workers’ Compensation Flat Fee:

In Workers’ Compensation cases, the parties may elect to be charged a flat fee of $1,500.00, which will be split equally between the parties unless otherwise agreed.
